ABOUT TAG

Built by Operators.
Designed for the AI Era.

TAG Data Centers was built by a team that has seen data center development from every angle—capital, construction, operations, and scale. We know where traditional development breaks down: slow permitting, power delays, greenfield risk, and facilities engineered for yesterday’s workloads.

We built TAG to do it differently.

OUR STORY

Why We Exist

The data center industry is at an inflection point. AI is rewriting the compute requirements of every major enterprise, cloud provider, and infrastructure operator. The demand is clear. The supply is not.

Existing facilities weren’t designed for GPU-dense, high-power AI workloads. New greenfield development takes years and carries enormous risk. Markets with available power are competitive and move fast.

TAG was founded to bridge that gap—by converting strategically located existing assets into purpose-built, AI-ready infrastructure at a pace the market demands.

OUR APPROACH

Adaptive Reuse + Power-First + Deep Expertise

Our development model is built on three reinforcing principles:

We start with power.
Site selection begins with available capacity, grid access, and long-term energy feasibility—not the other way around.

We convert, not construct.
Adaptive reuse compresses timelines, reduces permitting risk, and unlocks markets where greenfield development isn’t viable.

We design for the workload.
Every facility is engineered for the density, cooling, and operational flexibility that AI compute demands.
